Site Manager – Construction Projects in Germany & Spain

About the role

We are looking for a Site Manager to oversee our construction projects in Germany and Spain. The role reports to the Technical Department Manager and will be responsible for coordinating on‑site activities, managing teams and ensuring project performance aligns with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise team leaders and their supervisors on the construction site.
• Control project costs and working hours, ensuring budget compliance.
• Update and maintain the company’s control and management systems according to established procedures.
• Collaborate with the Technical Department Manager to implement project plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in construction engineering or a related discipline.
• No prior experience required – entry‑level candidates are welcome.
• High proficiency in English; German language skills are an advantage.
• Proactive, dynamic, versatile and able to face challenges.
• Strong commitment to the company and a Class B driver’s licence.
