Site Supervisor - Cable Installation

About the role

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to lead on‑site activities for high‑voltage power cable installation across multiple German grid corridors. The role is fully mobile, requiring extended periods on construction sites throughout Germany and direct reporting to the Site Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily cable laying, civil works and jointing operations, ensuring compliance with drawings, method statements and project schedules.
• Manage the full installation sequence: excavation, cable pulling, jointing, back‑filling and cable protection.
• Coordinate subcontractors and specialised jointing teams, maintaining high quality standards and safety requirements.
• Provide timely progress reports and raise issues to the Site Manager.
• Monitor jointing quality and oversee subcontractor performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising on‑site power cable installation or similar civil construction projects.
• Ability to work on‑site for extended periods and travel frequently between locations.
• Valid driving licence.
• Eligibility to work in Germany.
