Site Supervisor

About the role

As a Site Supervisor at stow, you will ensure the efficient and safe execution of on‑site projects for our storage‑solution installations. You will act as the primary contact for the assembly team, transport, client, and QSHE representatives, coordinating all activities to meet the company’s quality, safety, health and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate daily with the Project Manager on planning, organization, and material issues.
• Organize the site to guarantee safe and efficient assembly work, optimizing team schedules, equipment, and material arrivals.
• Monitor project progress and quality, identify deviations and initiate corrective actions.
• Supervise subcontractors, enforce QSHE regulations, and verify equipment certifications.
• Review assembly drawings for safety and execution, provide feedback to the Project Manager.
• Handle on‑site issues, complaints and problem‑solving to keep work on track.
• Maintain site administration, record subcontractor personnel, equipment, and report extra work or hours.
• Conduct toolbox talks and use SAP to track deliveries and material lists.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in site supervision or construction.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 100% of the time (Monday‑Friday).

Required skills

• SAP for material tracking.
• Knowledge of EN and FEM norms for measurements.
• Ability to verify and maintain equipment certifications.
