Social Client Solutions Manager

About the role

The Social Client Solutions Manager will manage and grow client relationships for social media offerings across the DACH region, focusing on client retention, growth and satisfaction. This role provides strategic account management and day‑to‑day expertise for an assigned portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, driving retention, growth and satisfaction.
• Identify upsell, cross‑sell and renewal opportunities through regular performance reviews and strategic discussions.
• Partner with the Client Solutions Management team to execute client growth strategies.
• Plan, launch and manage social media campaigns aligned to client KPIs.
• Monitor campaign performance, proactively optimise and deliver post‑campaign reporting with insights.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on social media trends, ad formats and best practices.
• Stay current on platform developments and educate clients on new opportunities.
• Respond promptly to client requests and collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and support.
• Support senior client solutions managers and contribute to team training and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

Required profile

• 2‑5+ years of experience in paid social, social campaign management or performance‑social roles within media agencies, digital agencies or performance‑marketing environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta advertising platforms.
• Proven client‑facing campaign management and media‑buying experience.
