Social & Community Manager – Berlin

About the role

We are a stealth‑mode health brand building the next generation of metabolic‑health products. As a Social & Community Manager you will become one of the most visible faces of the brand, shaping our voice across social platforms and fostering a passionate community.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the organic social strategy on Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Grow and nurture the community, turning followers into brand advocates.
• Identify, negotiate and manage partnership activations with wellness studios, complementary brands and media partners.
• Represent the brand on‑camera, creating authentic video content that builds trust.

Required profile

• Comfortable in front of the camera and fluent in German with strong writing skills.
• Deep intuition for what makes social content stop the scroll and how formats gain momentum.
• Bold, willing to take creative risks that differentiate the brand.
• Background in natural sciences (medicine, biology, nutrition, dietetics) is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts.
