Social Content Manager – TikTok & Social Strategy

About the role

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a socially‑savvy Content Manager to lead the digital voice of its oral‑care brands. You will own the social strategy, especially on TikTok, turning everyday routines into viral moments that resonate with Gen Z and millennial audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create and own a cross‑channel social content strategy in close partnership with the EMEA team.
• Spot emerging cultural trends and apply the internal 1NX framework to produce timely, viral‑ready content.
• Conceptualise and launch innovative campaigns that boost brand awareness among younger demographics.
• Lead end‑to‑end influencer programmes, from creator sourcing and negotiation to performance tracking.
• Monitor, analyse and optimise organic and paid social performance using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with PR, experiential agencies and internal stakeholders to amplify product launches and events.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience managing social media for consumer brands.
• Proven track record of creating TikTok‑style content that drives engagement.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing and community building.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable content improvements.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working across functions and regions.
