About the role

Join SharkNinja’s fast‑moving brand team in Frankfurt as a Social Media & Community Manager (Early Talent). You will be the voice of the brand across digital channels, creating and publishing short‑form video content while actively engaging with our online communities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day community interactions on social platforms, forums and groups, responding quickly and authentically.
• Build relationships with brand advocates, influencers and community members to foster loyalty and organic advocacy.
• Identify and amplify user‑generated content, member stories and testimonials.
• Track engagement metrics and sentiment, feeding insights back into content strategy.
• Concept, shoot, edit and publish platform‑native video content designed for virality.
• Develop interactive posts, polls, competitions and activations that drive genuine interaction.
• Stay ahead of social trends, proposing fresh formats, sounds and ideas before they peak.

Required profile

• Final‑year university student, recent graduate, or early‑career professional.
• Demonstrated ability to create compelling short‑form video content independently.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone across platforms.
• Fluent in German and English, with deep understanding of German social‑media culture.
