Social Media & Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media & Community Manager to lead the brand’s presence across social platforms and build vibrant listener communities for a fast‑growing audio entertainment platform. The role will shape how audiences discover, engage with, and share immersive audio stories, driving cultural relevance and market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow the brand’s profiles on major and emerging social channels, tailoring strategies to local market culture and trends.
• Produce and schedule engaging content such as audio snippets, teasers, cliffhangers, and character‑driven posts.
• Maintain a comprehensive content calendar aligned with releases, cultural moments, and industry events.
• Collaborate with creative, content, audio, and growth teams to ensure high‑quality, on‑brand output.
• Interact with audiences by responding to comments, fostering fan theories, and facilitating discussions with creators and voice artists.
• Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and continuously optimize content and messaging.
• Drive community initiatives including AMAs, polls, challenges, and fan events to turn listeners into brand advocates.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media and online communities for entertainment or media brands.
• Strong storytelling ability and a passion for audio‑driven content.
• Excellent written communication in English and cultural awareness of target markets.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics and adjust strategies.
