About the role

The Social Media Content Creator will develop and manage engaging B2B content for LinkedIn, TikTok and Instagram. Working remotely, you will translate marketing ideas into visual and written assets that boost brand visibility and audience interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality social media posts, videos and stories tailored for B2B audiences across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and other platforms.
• Develop visual concepts, narratives and content formats that reinforce brand presence.
• Edit and proofread all content to ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Schedule and publish content, monitor engagement and respond to audience interactions.
• Track social media trends, identify improvement opportunities and adjust strategies based on performance data.
• Analyze engagement metrics and generate insights to optimise future content.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience creating and editing social media content in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics.
