Social Media Manager (All Genders)

About the role

INNOCEAN Europe is seeking a proactive Social Media Manager to join its Frankfurt team. You will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of social media campaigns across multiple European markets, ensuring brand consistency and measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage monthly editorial calendars for various platforms.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce platform‑specific content.
• Monitor and analyse performance data to optimise campaigns.
• Coordinate with strategy, content, and paid‑media teams to align on KPIs.
• Support live events with real‑time social coverage.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends and integrate fresh ideas.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in social media within an agency environment.
• Fluent in English and German with strong business communication skills.
• Proven project‑management abilities and ownership mindset.
• Willingness to travel for client support and on‑site events.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Emplifi and/or Sprinklr.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office tools.
