Social Media Manager – English Content Creation

About the role

We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to lead English‑language content creation for Bosch Global’s corporate social media presence. You will be the creative voice behind our brand across major platforms, shaping narratives that engage a worldwide audience.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish content for Bosch Global channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube).
• Write compelling English post texts that convey corporate messages.
• Ideate, produce and edit short‑form video content (Reels, Stories) using editing apps or with a video agency.
• Review and adapt agency‑provided postings.
• Research topics, handle internal suggestions, and develop new content formats.
• Support channel management, including analytics, paid‑media processes and performance tracking.
• Participate in a virtual global content team and regular editor rounds.
• Monitor trends and best practices for social media.
• Assist with community management and first‑level customer support, handling inquiries and escalating critical issues.

Required profile

• English language proficiency at C2 level.
• Professional experience in content production and social‑media channel management.
• Hands‑on expertise with current social‑media platforms and online tools.
• Relevant studies in Communication, Marketing, PR, Journalism or Online Media Management.
