Social Media Strategist – Lead Agency Strategy

About the role

FRASER is looking for its first dedicated Social Media Strategist to shape and lead the agency’s social media discipline. You will craft data‑driven strategies for global clients, translating insights into compelling campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive social media strategies rooted in data, audience insight, and brand objectives.
• Conduct platform audits, competitor analysis, and audience research to inform recommendations.
• Define KPIs, track performance, and produce regular reporting for clients.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and community teams to ensure strategic alignment during execution.
• Present strategic thinking and campaign results to clients in a clear, persuasive manner.
• Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends.
• Contribute to new‑business pitches and expand FRASER’s strategic offering.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in social media strategy, preferably within an advertising or creative agency.
• Proven ability to develop data‑driven strategies that deliver measurable results.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with performance data.
• Excellent communication skills for client and internal presentations.
• Cultural curiosity and passion for digital trends.

Required skills

• Deep expertise with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
• Experience using social media analytics tools and interpreting performance metrics.
• Knowledge of paid social mechanics and audience targeting.
