Software Engineer - Cloud Infrastructure

About the role

Join Applied Intuition's cloud platform team to design, build, and operate large‑scale simulation infrastructure that powers autonomous system development. You will improve the development and deployment pipelines for massive workloads and ensure high reliability across multiple cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Create and enforce best practices for deploying software on AWS, GCP, and Azure with minimal downtime.
• Monitor deployed services, identify bottlenecks, and architect solutions to improve performance.
• Build internal tooling and optimise CI/CD pipelines to boost developer efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and customers to support backend operations and deployments.
• Maintain interoperability of the platform with custom autonomy software used worldwide.

Required profile

• Proven experience with large‑scale cloud infrastructure and cluster deployments.
• Strong background in monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation.
• Ability to work onsite full‑time in the Munich office.
• Self‑driven attitude with ownership of technical decisions.
