Software Engineer – Full Stack (Remote or Hamburg)

About the role

Join GIPEDO’s fast‑growing product development team as a Software Engineer. You will help build and evolve the core GIPEDO Workspace and Marketplace platforms, working either from Hamburg or remotely across Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and scale the full‑stack platform, owning both feature creation and production operations.
• Refine and extend frontend and backend architecture using modern frameworks.
• Apply a DevOps mindset to continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.
• Share knowledge across the team and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate closely with product, sales, and account‑management colleagues to deliver customer‑focused solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience with multiple backend languages and building production‑grade software.
• Hands‑on experience with continuous integration and deployment processes.
• Agile mindset, openness to domain‑driven design and iterative improvement.
• Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus.
