Software Engineer – Hackers Wanted

About the role

Join a fast‑moving engineering organization that builds large‑scale, custom software platforms for leading European companies. As a Software Engineer you will be part of a small, agile team (max five people) and receive comprehensive onboarding training on the technologies used in your project.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and operations.
• Iteratively improve products based on user feedback and usage data.
• Collaborate closely with customers to refine and deliver new features.
• Contribute to a data‑driven, friction‑free work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or a related field.
• Professional experience with Go, C/C++, Python or Java.
• Strong ability to learn quickly and work autonomously.
• Bonus: Master’s or PhD, knowledge of algorithms and data structures, experience with Kotlin, TypeScript/JavaScript, front‑end frameworks, functional programming languages, distributed cloud systems, machine learning, data science or competitive programming.
