Software Engineer – QuantumBlack AI

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join QuantumBlack, the AI and advanced analytics arm of McKinsey. In this role you will work with a global network of technologists, designers and strategists to co‑create digital solutions that transform our clients’ businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver software products and services from the ground up for clients across multiple industries.
• Mentor and coach client engineering teams on best practices, user‑centric design and Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to shape engineering culture and technical capabilities.
• Participate in problem‑solving sessions with client leaders to define digital strategies.
