Software Engineer – Voice AI & Customer Conversations

About the role

We are looking for a product‑focused software engineer who will own end‑to‑end features for our AI‑driven voice platform. You will work on a small, high‑velocity team that builds, experiments, and ships AI‑powered voice agents used by leading B2C brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product features from concept to production, owning the full product lifecycle.
• Make trade‑off decisions to ensure the right problems are solved, not just rapid shipping.
• Polish and iterate on user‑facing features to deliver delightful experiences.
• Design, build, and maintain reliable, scalable core infrastructure supporting millions of daily calls.
• Solve novel challenges that arise from Voice AI and large‑scale call handling.
• Evaluate and integrate different AI models to push technological limits for customers.
