Software Engineer – Workflow Solutions (Java/Kotlin/Angular/React)

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to design and implement workflow solutions for a range of clients. You will work with modern technologies to create robust, scalable components that support Green BPM initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Java, Kotlin, Angular, and React.
• Guide clients through requirements analysis and process modeling with BPMN 2.0.
• Identify emerging technology trends and adapt them for client projects.
• Support the development of consulting services focused on Green BPM.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of professional software development experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable field.
• Passion for workflow topics and Green IT.
• Fluent in German (C1) and English.
• Self‑reliant work ethic with a desire to learn and experiment.
