Solutions Consultant

About the role

Due to rapid global expansion, we are looking for an ambitious and creative Solutions Consultant to join our sales team. In this role you will deliver compelling software solutions to clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met and exceeded. The position is based in our Gilching office with a hybrid working model requiring 3‑4 days on‑site per week.

Key responsibilities

• Work with Sales and senior customer contacts to understand business objectives and technical requirements, then identify and develop suitable solutions from our portfolio.
• Analyse requirements, design appropriate customer solutions, produce cost estimates and collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to standardise bespoke offerings.
• Build strong relationships with product, provisioning and support teams to ensure solutions are delivered and supported effectively.
• Develop deep knowledge of company products and the broader technical sector, communicating this expertise to all audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Solutions Consultant or Architect, preferably in the CCaaS or SaaS space.
• Proven ability to design and deliver bespoke technical solutions and to engage with CXO‑level stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple work streams.
