Specialist Payment Operations

About the role

As a Specialist Payment Operations you will help AUTODOC protect its e‑commerce platform from fraudulent activity. You will work with transaction data, automated fraud alerts and black‑list management to ensure smooth and secure payment processing.

Key responsibilities

• Process transaction lists to identify or prevent fraud.
• Handle automated reports from payment systems and act on fraud notifications.
• Ensure orders flagged as potential fraud are reviewed and processed within set timeframes.
• Analyse black‑listed orders and establish a logical processing order.
• Identify and add relevant components to the black‑listed accounts database.

Required profile

• Fluency in Russian and English (minimum B1); German is a plus.
• Advanced PC user with strong knowledge of Google products.
• Understanding of payment‑system algorithms, especially card payments and PayPal.
• Result‑oriented, analytical mindset with the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills and a capacity for self‑learning.
