Steward / Kitchen Porter

About the role

We are looking for an outgoing Steward/Kitchen Porter to join the Soho House Berlin team. In this role you will support the kitchen by ensuring a clean and safe environment, washing dishes and maintaining equipment, helping us deliver an exceptional experience for our members.

Key responsibilities

• Clean all kitchen equipment, appliances, floors and walls using appropriate cleaning agents.
• Wash cutlery, glassware, porcelain, pots and pans to the highest standards.
• Handle and store cleaning chemicals safely and according to company guidelines.
• Dispose of waste in line with Soho House’s environmental policies.
• Monitor stock of cleaning materials, request replenishment timely and use resources cost‑consciously.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area throughout each shift.

Required profile

• Outgoing personality with natural hospitality charm.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning and safety procedures.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to support colleagues.
