Stock Operator (Full-time)

About the role

As a Store Stock Operator at Levi Strauss & Co., you will act as the vital link between the stockroom and the sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is always available, well presented, and accurately tracked. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Stock Manager to support an exceptional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review store sales data and KPIs with the Store Manager to identify replenishment opportunities.
• Execute daily stock replenishment efficiently and accurately.
• Train store associates on stock management guidelines and standards.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, assorted, and tagged on the floor and in the stockroom.
• Organise and maintain the stockroom to optimise space and accessibility.
• Provide on‑floor support to the sales team as needed.

• Relevant experience in stock operations or retail inventory management.
