Store Keeper (Logistics & Materials)

About the role

Air Canada is looking for a motivated Store Keeper to manage receiving, shipping, warehousing and issuing functions at Frankfurt Airport. The role supports line maintenance by ensuring material and tooling are available, inspected and compliant with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily auditing, receiving, shipping, inspection, issuing, order processing and unserviceable processing.
• Update inventory records in the internal ERP system.
• Prepare and ship part orders to outlying bases and coordinate AOG deliveries, including after‑hours customs clearance.
• Handle and ship dangerous goods in compliance with IATA DGR and Canadian regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels, temperature and humidity, and liaise with Supply Chain in Canada.
• Operate motorized equipment and local delivery vehicles, and maintain housekeeping and safety standards.

Required profile

• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
• DG shipper qualification and knowledge of dangerous‑goods classification, packaging, labeling and documentation.
• Understanding of customs regulations and ability to prepare shipping documentation.
• Strong initiative, workload management and adherence to health & safety guidelines.

Required skills

• Operation of motorized warehouse equipment.
• Use of ERP inventory management systems.
• Dangerous goods handling and documentation (IATA DGR, Canadian Transportation of Goods Act).
• Customs clearance procedures.
