Store Manager – Berlin Grocery Store

About the role

Wolt Market is expanding its grocery delivery service across Germany and needs a dedicated Store Manager to lead one of its Berlin locations. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring fast delivery, high product availability, and an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 2‑4 Shift Leads, providing coaching and tools needed to run the store efficiently.
• Oversee store performance, inventory management, and order fulfillment to meet delivery speed targets.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure the store meets Wolt’s quality guidelines.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to implement growth initiatives and operational improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail or grocery management, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of coaching and developing teams.
• Customer‑oriented mindset and ability to adapt quickly to changing demands.
• Self‑starter with entrepreneurial spirit.
