About the role

ALO is seeking a Store Manager to lead its Cologne location. You will be responsible for driving sales, profitability, and brand experience while fostering a positive, inclusive team culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute retail strategies aligned with local market trends.
• Lead, coach and develop the Sales, Operations, and Visual teams.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure a safe, efficient store environment.
• Analyze KPIs to inform business‑driving decisions.
• Conduct talent assessments, create career progression plans, and manage succession pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to support overall organizational goals.
• Act as a brand ambassador, communicating ALO’s mission to customers and staff.
