Store Manager – Luxury Retail (Berlin)

About the role

Prada Group is looking for a passionate Store Manager to lead its flagship department store in KaDeWe, Berlin. As the business owner on site, you will act as a brand ambassador, drive sales performance and ensure an extraordinary client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Prada locally, identify opportunities to increase footfall and build loyal client relationships.
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, ensure high‑quality service, and foster omni‑channel integration.
• Develop and execute business plans, meet store‑operating budgets and control expenses.
• Promote a client‑centric mindset, guaranteeing the highest level of client satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor and coach the store team to exceed KPIs and support professional growth.

Required profile

• Several years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
• At least 2 years of experience leading and coaching a store team.
• Business or Retail Management degree (or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of retail KPIs and the luxury market.
• Fluent in spoken German and English.
