Store Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead its Metzingen location. You will be the face of the brand, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving profitable store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve profit and loss targets by identifying and acting on sales opportunities.
• Motivate, mentor and manage the store team to ensure high‑quality service.
• Control costs, oversee stock management, payroll, administration and scheduling.
• Monitor KPIs, generate reports and communicate action plans to the District Manager.
• Analyze commercial data and implement corrective actions to meet performance goals.
• Lead training initiatives and share product knowledge with the team.
• Recruit and onboard high‑caliber team members who are passionate about denim.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Proven experience managing retail teams and developing talent.
• Track record of meeting KPIs and controlling costs in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good understanding of HR policies and store‑level operations.
