Store Supervisor (m/w/d) – Lake Constance

About the role

As a Store Supervisor you will lead the daily operations of a Skechers retail location on the shores of Lake Constance. You will ensure an outstanding customer experience, drive sales performance and motivate your team to achieve their targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee store opening and closing procedures and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
• Monitor sales figures, analyze performance data and implement actions to exceed targets.
• Coach, train and inspire team members to develop their skills and meet performance goals.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team‑lead role within retail.
• Strong leadership, communication and motivational abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving sales objectives.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
