Strategic Finance Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Strategic Finance Architect to design and maintain the financial architecture that drives decisions across our AI‑native finance organisation. The role blends investment‑banking expertise, strategic finance insight and systems thinking to translate AI and enterprise software dynamics into clear financial logic and compelling narratives for leadership, investors and the board.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain an integrated operating model covering revenue, margins and cash, linking product usage, go‑to‑market activity and growth economics.
• Develop driver‑based and scenario models to support decisions on growth, pricing, investment and capital allocation.
• Transform static spreadsheets into automated financial intelligence and embed models into real‑time finance systems.
• Produce investor‑grade and board‑level materials, shaping the company’s equity story and strategic positioning.
• Partner with leadership on strategic questions, unit‑economics analysis, fundraising, partnerships, M&A and IPO preparation.

Required profile

• 4‑5+ years of experience in top‑tier investment banking (technology focus), strategic finance or high‑growth tech companies.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work on ambiguous, high‑impact strategic problems.
• Interest in AI tools, automation and modern finance systems.

Required skills

• Advanced financial modelling (three‑statement models, SaaS metrics, scenario analysis).
• PowerPoint storytelling and creation of strategic narratives.
• Experience with capital markets and investor communications.
