Strategy Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation (Freelance, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants to help shape AI learning environments. You will translate real consulting engagements into structured scenarios that train and evaluate advanced language models.

Key responsibilities

• Create realistic consulting project scenarios, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
• Design discrete consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions to calibrate an LLM‑based assessment system.
• Collaborate remotely with a team of consultants to ensure the fidelity of the learning environments.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on project experience at a top‑tier strategy firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain situations.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑structuring capabilities.
• Experience with financial modeling, market analysis, and strategic synthesis.
