Strategy Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation

About the role

Join Toloka AI’s new Management Consulting domain to translate real-world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. You will work remotely as an individual contributor, designing realistic consulting scenarios that help AI agents learn high‑level business reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed project scenarios that reflect authentic consulting dynamics, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
• Break down projects into discrete, task‑oriented modules such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnostics.
• Develop evaluation rubrics, grading frameworks, and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate LLM‑based assessment tools.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to ensure the consulting tasks are compatible with lightweight tooling and evaluation pipelines.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at a top‑tier firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial or market models, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Experience presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain or data‑limited environments.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑structuring capabilities.
• Familiarity with consulting deliverables such as financial models, market analyses, and strategic frameworks.
