About the role
We are looking for a Strategy & Execution Intern to support our rapid growth and transformation. Working closely with the Founder, the Founder’s Associate and cross‑functional teams, you will help drive strategic initiatives and ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Independently plan and manage projects in collaboration with various departments, ensuring timely and high‑quality implementation.
- Support various teams with core tasks and process optimisation to increase efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, preparing relevant reports and presentations.
Required profile
- Works independently, takes responsibility and is a genuine team player.
- Proactively tackles tasks, finds solutions and quickly adapts to new topics.
- Enjoys cross‑department collaboration and contributes ideas that move the team forward.
