Strategy & Execution Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Strategy & Execution Manager to drive expansion and transformation at our headquarters in Stuttgart. You will work closely with the Founder, Founder’s Associate and cross‑functional teams to plan and manage projects, optimise processes and provide strategic insights.

Key responsibilities

• Independently lead initiatives from conception to implementation, managing timelines, resources and risks.
• Analyze workflows across the organization to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
• Bridge gaps between teams to ensure seamless information flow and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Prepare high‑quality reports, presentations and KPI dashboards to support decision‑making.
