Strategy Intern – Purpose & Organizational Change

About the role

BrightHouse, a business division of the Boston Consulting Group, helps organisations discover purpose and drive change across Germany, Central Europe and the Middle East. As a Strategy Intern you will support purpose‑focused projects, collaborate closely with strategists and creatives, and take ownership of specific work streams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research for purpose and mobilisation initiatives.
• Support stakeholder interviews and synthesize key themes.
• Assist in preparing and facilitating project ideation sessions, including developing briefs.
• Prepare materials for client meetings and ensure project timelines are met.
• Plan and facilitate mastermind interviews and workshops.
• Contribute to the creation of best‑practice tools and resources.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic student in at least the second year of a bachelor programme (master students preferred).
• Analytical and creative business mindset with interest in purpose‑driven organisational change.
• Some practical experience in a service environment is advantageous.
• Interest or experience in consulting is a plus.
• Native German language skills and fluent English are ideal.
