About the role
The Structural Design Staff Engineer will lead R&D activities for fully automatic coffee machine products, overseeing the complete development cycle and solving complex technical challenges. This senior position works within a global team to bring innovative coffee machine technologies to market.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct research and development for new coffee‑machine technologies and platforms.
- Lead innovation initiatives by analysing overseas market trends and user characteristics.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Drive breakthroughs in new technical fields while fostering strong teamwork.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in structural development for pressure coffee machines, preferably with fully automatic models.
- Strong innovation, analytical, and communication abilities.
