About the role

We are looking for a student assistant to join our Levi’s® store in Oberhausen. You will help customers find their perfect fit while delivering the brand’s iconic service.

Key responsibilities

• Create genuine connections with customers and provide 1:1 service.
• Share product knowledge and styling advice.
• Support store operations such as tills, fitting rooms, and stock management.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and keep the store welcoming.
• Process transactions accurately at the till.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and helping people express themselves.
• Strong communication and a positive, team‑first attitude.
• Curiosity, adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Enthusiasm for learning and development.
