Supply Chain Analyst – Full‑Time Position

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Supply Chain Analyst to support our operations in Germany. You will work closely with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to analyse data, monitor inventory, and drive efficiency across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse supply chain data to spot trends, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with demand forecasting and inventory planning.
• Provide data‑driven insights to procurement, logistics and warehouse functions.
• Track key performance indicators and prepare regular operational reports.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities while maintaining product quality and service levels.
• Support supplier performance management and delivery schedule coordination.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure data accuracy in supply chain systems and databases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement or operations analysis is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good command of English; German language skills are a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL or similar data‑visualisation tools.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
