职位概况

Supply Chain Specialist 负责支持海外供应链端到端的数据分析、看板建设、流程优化及工具开发，覆盖需求预测、备货、采购、在途、库存及订单交付等环节。

主要职责

搭建并维护供应链全链路数据看板及 KPI 追踪体系。
整合预测、采购、在途、库存、入库及订单交付等数据，确保数据准确、完整、及时。
为计划组及海外物流团队提供日常及专项数据分析，输出可执行的业务建议。
推动数据口径统一，排查系统和报表之间的数据差异。
使用 Excel、Power Query、Power BI 等工具开发报表及自动化工具。
配合业务和 IT 团队梳理系统需求，参与测试、上线及后续优化。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，供应链、物流、数据分析或相关专业优先。
2 至 4 年供应链计划、物流分析或运营分析工作经验。
熟练使用 Excel、Power Query，具备 Power BI 或其他可视化工具经验。
了解需求计划、库存管理、物流运营或订单交付流程。
具备良好的数据分析、逻辑思维和问题解决能力，能使用英文进行日常沟通。
