Supply & Demand Planner – EMEA

About the role

As a Supply & Demand Planner for the EMEA region, you will ensure that product availability aligns with customer demand across multiple markets. You will work with ERP, CRM and integrated planning tools to create accurate forecasts, optimise inventory and support the company’s growth in the food‑safety biotechnology sector.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain seamless alignment between regional product availability and local customer demand.
• Use ERP/CRM and planning systems to generate forecasts and manage the cost‑to‑serve.
• Analyse data with Power BI to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
• Support the S&OP process and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights that improve service levels and inventory performance.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence stakeholders.
• Experience in supply chain planning or demand forecasting.
