Supply & Logistics Coordinator

About the role

This position is based in Germany and offers the chance to own global supply chain operations in a fast‑growing, international environment. You will manage the end‑to‑end flow of hardware products, coordinating manufacturers, logistics providers, distributors and internal teams to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the movement of hardware products from manufacturers to distributors across multiple international markets.
• Create, monitor and manage purchase orders, production schedules, lead times and shipment planning.
• Oversee inventory activities including stock allocation, partial deliveries, replenishment planning and accuracy.
• Coordinate international logistics with freight forwarders, carriers and distribution partners to guarantee timely delivery.
• Support distributors with order coordination, delivery updates and issue resolution.
• Handle the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process, including tracking, manufacturer coordination and root‑cause analysis.
• Analyze inventory levels, demand forecasts and operational data to inform purchasing decisions.
• Develop, document and continuously improve SOPs and supply‑chain workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with commercial, finance and product teams to align objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing or related operations with direct ownership of daily activities.
• Proven experience working directly with manufacturers, managing purchase orders and monitoring production lead times.
• Strong understanding of international supply‑chain operations, logistics coordination and inventory management.
• Experience managing international shipments and working with logistics providers, freight forwarders and distribution networks.
