Supply Planner – Distribution (m/f/d)

About the role

As a Supply Planner – Distribution you will ensure that Sennheiser’s products manufactured in our plants are available to meet international demand. You will adapt global material flows, model supply chains and manage inventory targets to support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and monitor international distribution of finished goods.
• Set planning parameters to align material flows with market requirements.
• Model and develop supply‑chain networks, maintaining inventory targets.
• Collaborate with plant, warehouse and IT experts to improve planning outcomes.
• Analyse KPIs such as inventory levels, delivery performance and supply‑chain costs, and propose optimisation measures.
• Support the transition of distribution and warehouse planning processes into SAP.

Required profile

• Technical college qualification (e.g., State‑Certified Business Administrator) or equivalent vocational training with several years of relevant experience.
• Several years of professional experience in supply‑chain planning.
• Independent, structured, analytical work style.
• Team player comfortable with complex topics.
• Fluent in German and English.
