Sustainability Consultant

About the role

Enexion Group is seeking a Sustainability Consultant to support its German‑market clients in climate‑change and ESG projects. The consultant will act as the primary liaison for German customers, ensuring smooth project delivery and contributing to business development.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver sustainability and climate‑change consulting services for German clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact, maintaining clear communication throughout project implementation.
• Coordinate with German and Turkish project teams to execute client engagements.
• Support business development activities, including client relationship management, proposal preparation, and participation in client meetings.
• Conduct environmental materiality assessments, carbon‑emission analyses (Scopes 1‑3), and life‑cycle assessments (LCA).
• Prepare sustainability reports such as GRI, TSRS, and CDP and advise clients on ESG performance and KPIs.
• Analyze relevant regulatory and legislative frameworks related to ESG.

Required profile

• Fluency in German (spoken and written) and professional proficiency in English.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in climate‑change consulting, sustainability services, ESG advisory, or corporate sustainability.
• Strong project‑management capabilities with the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently while taking direction when needed.
