System Administrator – Internal IT & Identity Management

About the role

We are building Europe’s sovereign Legal AI and need a reliable internal IT backbone. As a System Administrator you will own and operate our internal IT environment, ensuring secure identities, reliable devices, and smooth access to daily tools.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimise Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (user lifecycle, groups, licensing, access management).
• Manage a heterogeneous endpoint fleet – macOS, Windows, and developer Linux machines – including setup, patching and support.
• Design, implement and maintain single sign‑on integrations (SAML, OIDC) for internal tools.
• Automate repetitive IT tasks using scripting (Python) and configuration management (Ansible).
• Handle onboarding and off‑boarding processes, provisioning and revoking accounts, devices and access.
• Collaborate with engineering, AI and other departments to align IT services with business needs.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration.
• Comfortable supporting macOS and Windows endpoints; Linux experience is a plus.
• Good understanding of SSO concepts and integration patterns.
• Automation‑first mindset with proven scripting skills.
• Experience with Ansible or similar configuration‑management tools.
