About the role

Join a leading public‑sector pension fund that manages over €11 billion in assets. As a System Administrator you will ensure the stability and security of the IT environment, supporting both on‑premise and cloud services for a team of 130 professionals.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor system availability and troubleshoot incidents to maintain continuous operations.
  • Administer data backup solutions, primarily Veeam, to guarantee data integrity and rapid recovery.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows Servers, Active Directory/Entra ID, and related network infrastructure.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 tenant, Exchange Online, and license provisioning.
  • Participate in IT projects, implement technical solutions, and coordinate with external service providers.
  • Automate routine tasks and optimise processes to improve efficiency.
  • Provide qualified 2nd‑level support for complex technical issues.

Required profile

  • Degree in Computer Science or an apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration.
  • Several years of professional experience administering hybrid Microsoft client‑server environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD) and Group Policies.
  • Solid understanding of Exchange Online and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with VMware vSphere/vCenter virtualization and Veeam backup solutions.
  • Good grasp of network technologies such as VLAN, routing, IPv4/IPv6.
