About the role

NES Fircroft is seeking a Systems Engineering Data Analyst to join a global leader in energy technology. The position is based in Berlin and follows a hybrid work model, combining office presence with remote flexibility. This is a 2‑year fixed‑term contract focused on turning raw data into actionable insights for operational teams.

Key responsibilities

Develop software tools for data collection, processing, and analysis.
Transform raw data into meaningful insights and visualisations.
Create and maintain reports and interactive dashboards.
Identify trends to support operational decision‑making.
Build automated quality‑control utilities.
Provide data‑driven recommendations to improve organisational performance.

Required profile

Fluent in English (required).
Proficiency in German or French is a plus.
Experience in data analysis or systems‑engineering environments.
