Talent Acquisition Manager – Germany

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Manager for Germany, you will lead the development and execution of sourcing and recruitment strategies across business units, supporting Alvarez & Marsal’s growth ambitions in the region. You will act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract outstanding talent.

Key responsibilities

• Identify skills gaps and recruiting priorities in collaboration with business leaders.
• Design and deploy candidate sourcing strategies, including direct approach, advertising, campus recruiting and networking.
• Manage a rigorous screening process, encompassing interviews, skills testing and referencing.
• Partner with hiring managers to share market intelligence, promote employer brand, and ensure diversity and inclusion.
• Maintain accurate status updates and organise briefing sessions for hiring managers.
• Oversee the offer stage, coordinating between candidates, hiring managers, HR, Legal and the wider TA team.

Required profile

• Extensive retained search or proactive sourcing experience, preferably from an executive search firm or in‑house TA team.
• Proven ability to recruit across multiple disciplines and seniority levels, including executive roles.
• Strong knowledge of the German market and a solid candidate network; broader European experience is a plus.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes for complex assignments.
