Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter)

About the role

Doodle is expanding its global B2B SaaS platform and needs a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to own end‑to‑end hiring across engineering, product and commercial teams. You will be the hunter who builds pipelines, engages passive talent and ensures a stellar candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Run full‑cycle recruitment from intake to signed offer for engineering, product and commercial roles.
• Identify and engage passive candidates, building relationships before positions open.
• Create and maintain talent pools for recurring hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, quality bars and keep the process fast and structured.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience at every stage.
• Manage the ATS (Teamtailor), keep pipelines clean and report on time‑to‑fill, conversion and quality metrics.
• Coordinate offers with People Operations and secure acceptances.
• Support employer branding, maintain career pages and represent Doodle at networking events.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices and help improve hiring processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, in‑house or agency, preferably in tech or SaaS.
• Established network of tech talent, especially engineers.
• Hunter mindset – proactive outreach and relationship building.
• Comfortable partnering with senior hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions.

Required skills

• Teamtailor (ATS) proficiency
