Talent Acquisition Specialist – GTM Focus (AI & Greentech)

About the role

Join Reonic to build the commercial team that drives the energy transition at the intersection of AI and climate tech. You will own the hiring process for revenue‑generating roles and partner closely with founders and sales leaders to shape the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for Sales, Business Development and other GTM roles, from sourcing through onboarding.
• Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for SDRs, Account Executives, Sales Managers and other revenue‑generating positions.
• Partner directly with founders and sales leaders on high‑impact hires and define hiring strategies.
• Continuously experiment with sourcing strategies and improve the recruiting engine.
• Deliver a fast, transparent candidate experience and support hiring managers throughout the interview process.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience recruiting commercial talent in a startup or scale‑up environment.
• Strong understanding of what makes great SDRs, Account Executives and sales leaders.
• Passion for active sourcing and outbound recruiting, with a bias toward ownership over rigid processes.
• Ability to move quickly without compromising hiring quality.
