Talent & Development Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Talent & Development Lead to drive leadership capability, strengthen talent pipelines, and embed a high‑performance culture across a global, matrix organisation. This high‑impact position sits at the core of the people strategy, influencing how talent is identified, developed, and retained.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall talent and development strategy for the organisation.
• Build and manage succession pipelines for key and leadership roles.
• Design and deliver leadership development programmes.
• Identify and accelerate high‑potential talent through HiPo programmes.
• Own and evolve the performance management cycle, including calibration.
• Facilitate talent reviews and succession discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Use data and insights to inform talent and development decisions.
• Partner across the global business to ensure consistent, high‑quality people practices.

Required profile

• Experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Organisational Development.
• Proven track record delivering leadership development and talent initiatives.
• Exposure to succession planning and performance management frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management with confidence engaging senior leaders.
• Hands‑on, delivery‑focused approach combined with strategic capability.
