Talent Strategy Intern

About the role

As a Talent Strategy Intern at Consultport, you will support the rapid growth of our global platform by attracting, engaging, and onboarding top‑tier talent. You will work closely with the Talent team to ensure a seamless candidate experience from first contact to offer.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage high‑potential candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, and community events.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: write job descriptions, conduct interviews, and extend offers.
• Strengthen Consultport’s employer brand by launching initiatives, building relationships with recruiting sites and universities, and representing the company at events.

Required profile

• People‑oriented and comfortable speaking with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Curious, asks insightful questions, and eager to understand motivations.
• Ownership‑driven, proactive, and able to push projects forward.
• Resilient in uncertain or stressful situations.
• Near graduation in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field with top‑20% academic performance.
• Must be able to complete a mandatory internship or receive academic credit.
• Fluent English; German or French a plus.
